Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the gdwon3 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. 2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any changes to personal information — including mobile number, email, or bank account number — must be updated through the profile page or by contacting the customer support team.

gdwon3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

2.4 Password Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please choose a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. gdwon3 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to your own negligence.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gdwon3 accepts the following payment methods for all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

3.2 Minimum Limits

3.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals will be processed in under one hour. This time depends on the verification required and the payment provider's capacity. In exceptional circumstances, this period may be longer and we will notify you through our support channels.

3.4 Fund Responsibility

Funds deposited must belong to you as the registered player. gdwon3 prohibits the use of third-party accounts to make deposits or receive withdrawals. Any financial fraud or money laundering may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

gdwon3 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM150 bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — in this case, RM150 × 20 = RM3,000 must be reached before the bonus can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM1,200 — the maximum bonus of RM888 will be credited bringing the balance to RM2,088. The wagering requirement is RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• gdwon3 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of fraud or promotion abuse
• Any misuse of the bonus system may result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus funds
• Other promotions such as cashback, birthday bonuses, or VIP programmes are subject to their own specific terms

4.3 VIP Programme

gdwon3 runs a tiered VIP programme consisting of four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze players receive up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, while Platinum members are eligible for up to 0.8% weekly cashback. VIP level advancement depends on the player's activity and loyalty on the platform.

Game Rules and Player Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the gdwon3 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, Teen Patti, virtual sports, and other categories — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or through internationally licensed software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical fault can be proven.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

7.2 Closure by gdwon3

gdwon3 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• Any provision of these Terms and Conditions has been violated
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• A player provided false information during registration or identity verification
• A player is found to be using multiple accounts
• There are instructions from the relevant authorities

7.3 Balance After Closure

For account closures caused by a breach of terms, gdwon3 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the balance in that account, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

To the extent permitted by law, gdwon3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Service disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence on your part
• Inaccuracy of information provided by third parties

Players are responsible for ensuring that use of the gdwon3 platform is lawful in their region of residence. gdwon3 is not liable for any legal action taken against players who use the platform from regions that restrict online gambling.

Intellectual Property
